There is 1 parking space belonging to the apartment located on the ground floor of the residence. Marina close by, garden at the front of the residence. The home is located in a quiet residential area, so consideration must be given to neighbors, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrance to each of the apartments. Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and smoking not allowed due to allergies

Bathroom staircase 10 meters from the apartment. Free parking with the possibility of charging an electric car. 6 min drive to Arendal city, buses every quarter. Possibility of long-term rental from 1 January - 20 June 2026 and from 20 August 2026. Price by agreement.

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with a sea view and a private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

Cozy studio of 20 sqm in the old wooden house in Barbu, with a short walk to Arendal city centre. Studio has a separate entrance, combined living room/bedroom with good bed and closet space. The kitchen has a stove with 2 hotplates, a small refrigerator and otherwise simply equipped for 1 person. Washing machine with dryer in the kitchen. Bathroom with sink, toilet and shower cubicle. Outside: Private terrace for Airbnb with furniture and nice view. Key safe: Guest checks in themselves with a key safe. Flexible at times.

Stedet ligger i Grimstad sentrum med gåavstand til kafeer, restauranter, havna og bystranda. Gratis parkering. Det er 15 minutters gange til universitetet(UIA). Mange flotte strender i nærheten, 25 minutter til dyreparken og 20 minutter til Arendal. Loftet består av et stort rom med dobbeltseng, en enkeltseng, en hyggelig TV-krok, kjøleskap, tekjøkken med vannkoker samt et hyggelig lite bad. I tillegg har stedet en koselig terrasse med ettermiddagssol. Husdyr koster 100 kr ekstra pr. døgn.

Charming apartment for rent in a quiet and beautiful oasis in the heart of Grimstad. The apartment has an open kitchen solution, a sleeping alcove with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. Access to private indoor swimming pool. Parking in a parking garage across the street. The apartment has been rented out previously through another user on Airbnb. Unfortunately, the reviews could not follow the move to a new user, and are therefore posted under "House manual", for info.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

A cosy and comfortable cabin, set in a rural surrounding but just 6 km to the center of Arendal where you’ll find shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and ferries to the nearby islands. 1 km to nearest shop and local cafe’ and just 35 minutes to Kristiansand Zoo or 45 minutes to Kjevik airport. 20 minutes to Grimstad. The cabin comes with parking and a private patio plus bed linen and towels.
