Newly refurbished cottage with private jetty and fantastic views. The property has an address Marstrand and is located at Revesand on Tromøy in Arendal. The place has breath-taking views of Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. In the evening you can see the light from the Torungen guy from the bed. There is a private jetty with a swimming ladder and plenty of room for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with rowboat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life jackets, etc. Pioneers 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

Seaside cottage on Tromøya

Stay in harmony with nature in Raet National Park on Tromøya, right by the sea and nice swimming opportunities and lovely hiking areas. The cabin has a simple standard with three bedrooms. Bathroom with shower and sink and good old-fashioned outdoor toilet. Access to dock and 1 parking space. About 60 meters to walk from the car. Two kayaks to borrow and you can paddle yourself over to Tromlingsene or inwards Alvekilen to the sandy beach of Lille Denmark. A very quiet and peaceful area that is suitable for a small family or a quiet couple. Animals allowed.

The cabin is located on a hill overlooking the sea. You can enjoy the beautiful view of, among other things, the small and large Torungen lighthouse from the sofa corner, or from the terrace. Here there is sun from morning and evening and a large undisturbed outdoor area (grass and terrace). Free area with a small beach can be found just below (100 m). Here it is shallow and perfect for crab fishing, swimming and kayaking. There are also opportunities for swimming and playing volleyball at Sagodden jetty (the end of Sagoddveien).

Sørlandet at its best! A cozy lake house of 90 sqm with nice outdoor and indoor spaces, and its own jetty with bathing stairs. Here you can activate or relax with the family with immediate access to the sea and the archipelago. The cabin is located on Tverdalsøya in the middle between Arendal and Tvedestrand with a road all the way up and parking 200m away. Kilsund is about 3 km away with a shop, gas station and marina. Comes with sup (only in summer), kayak and it is possible to rent a boat separately.

Waterfront summer house, five bedrooms, beach

Our summer house is situated just 15 km outside Arendal on a many acres large piece of land on the island of Tromøya, which is accessable by car. It has its own beach and small boat landing. It has a spectacular view of the ocean. The house consists of two common rooms and five bedrooms. Two of them each has to single beds, the rest twin beds. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower and washing machine. There is a toilet on the 1. floor, where you will also find three of the bedrooms.

Apartment by the sea on scenic Buøya.

Here there is the possibility of recreation for the whole family. There are several beaches on this small island and nice hiking trails. We have two sturdy kaijaks and a canoe that you can borrow to catch a small paddle ride. About 50 meters from the house it is possible to take a dip and a jump from the diving board. Or for the little ones, the beach is 100m away from a favorite spot. Possibility for the kids to jump on the trampoline. We offer free access to electric car charger

Lovely Sørlandsidyll, walking distance to the sea

Lovely summer house for rent. The house is newly renovated, and appears clean, nice and modern - but still cozy and nostalgic. Here there are three bedrooms, sleeping alcoves and annex, bathroom with shower and washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, TV and broadband. 5 minutes walk to the sea and beach, own boat space. Two parking spaces attached to the house. Large and great garden, with annexes and soccer goals. New terrace in April 2022.

Large house with many bedrooms. The house is located close by the sea. It has garden and dock in front of the house. It is a beautiful place for swimming and fishing. Boat with outboard motor can be rented as well. The house is newly refurbished and has bright pleasant interior. New kitchen. Parking. Central location near the center of Arendal. 5 min by car, 10 min by bike, 30 min by walk. If you want to visit Dyreparken Zoo in Kristiansand it takes 40 min by car.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Moderne hytte med sjøutsikt og alle fasiliteter, på Vessøyneset, mellom Arendal (10 min) og Grimstad (10 min). Bygget i 2015, med 4 soverom, 1 bad og stor, åpen stue/kjøkkenløsning. Romslig terrasse og kort vei til Norges fineste strender. Grimstad og Arendal byr på sørlandsidyll, kafeer og kulturopplevelser. 3 parkeringsplasser. Gode bussforbindelser til både Grimstad og Arendal. Kristiansand Dyrepark ligger kun 35 min unna med bil.

Outdoor toilet in seperate small toilet house. This is not a water toilet, but outdoor natural compost. Unique secluded with lake view. Great terrace for calm cosy evenings. Enjoy our rowboat and two kayaks. Canals take you through to lakes and the ocean.

New high standard cabin (2022) especially nice and sheltered location. The cabin is a few meters from the sea and Raet National Park and has its own beach and jetty. It has many patios and good sun conditions. Access: The property is located at the heart of Hovekilen, by Sandum bridge. There is a private road through the neighboring cabin plot to parking at the property, which is about 10 meters away from the cottage.
