The area is quiet and very central. Approx. 400 m to Beach hotel and lovely sandy beach/archipelago and approx. 400 m to shop and bus stop. The accommodation is fully furnished and has all you need of kitchen equipment, washer/dryer, etc. It has two bathrooms + WC in the hallway. Cleaning is included. Saturday-Saturday rental and weekly rent only. Families preferred.

Waterfront summer house, five bedrooms, beach

Our summer house is situated just 15 km outside Arendal on a many acres large piece of land on the island of Tromøya, which is accessable by car. It has its own beach and small boat landing. It has a spectacular view of the ocean. The house consists of two common rooms and five bedrooms. Two of them each has to single beds, the rest twin beds. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower and washing machine. There is a toilet on the 1. floor, where you will also find three of the bedrooms.
