Original southern house from 1850. Significantly renovated in winter and spring 2019. The house was originally in a different place, and was moved to the place it now stands in the 1900s. The house is full of charm that we have chosen to keep. Among other things, floors and walls are crooked. But the timber itself is straight. Windows are level, but parts of the living room and rooms are not. This makes you either love the house, or irritate yourself somewhat. The floors are ground down to original floors from the 1900s. The outdoor area has been upgraded with flattening.

The single-family home is located in a child-friendly and quiet construction field. Sun from morning to evening. 6 km to the city center and good bus connections to the city. 3 km to Stølsvika (swimming area) and 5 mil to Dyreparken (40 min). The house has a large veranda, barbecue facilities, trampoline and massage bath Room 1: double bed. Room 2: Single bed, can be pulled out to a double bed. Room 3: 120 cm bed + small sofa bed. Room 4: double bed. The sofa in the loft lounge can be turned into a double bed. Travel cot and high chair can be arranged by prior notice.

Short distance to Arendal, Tvedestrand, Risør city center, by car and boat. Here time can be enjoyed. Boating, swimming life, restaurants, marinas, idyllic islets and islands. Very good hiking and training opportunities from the property. Either along the coast or into the woods among small waters. This is Southern Norway at its very best.
