Here is the possibility of recreation for the whole family, or for those who just want to stop by for a night. There are several beaches on this small island and nice hiking trails. We have 2 sturdy kayaks and a canoe that you can borrow to take a little paddle ride inland. Approximately 50 meters from the house there is the possibility to take a dip and a jump from the diving board. Or for the little ones, the beach is 100 meters away from a favorite spot. Possibility for the children to jump on the trampoline. We offer free tilt to electric car charger

Panoramic views, stunning terrace, in the middle of the city!

The house was called "Southern idyll" in Who lives here at NRK (season 2, 10th episode). It is located right above the city promenade with panoramic views of the city fjord. There are 150 sqm terraces, roof terrace and jacuzzi . The sun can be enjoyed from the first moment in the morning, until 10 o'clock in the evening. It is only 1 minute to the city center and all restaurants, cafes and shops. There is parking for three cars and the possibility to rent a boat space two minutes from the house (Kunnskapshavna).

Koselig hytte i Skarestrand på Tromøy med bryggeplass til egen båt. Det er mulig å leie en jolle under oppholdet dersom en vil oppleve skjærgården. Hytten ligger tilbaketrukket fra sjøen med få minutters gange (ca. 250 meter) og alle fasiliteter. Bryggeplassen er i gåavstand, men en kan også kjøre bil. Hytten er plassert i et flott turområde med flere badestrender i nærheten. Det er mulighet til å leie seg inn i oppvarmet badstu og steambad like ved hytten. Parkeringsplasser medfølger.
