We rent out a home in rural and quiet surroundings, but still close to most major attractions in the south: Lillesand (20 min), Grimstad (35 min) and Kristiansand and Dyreparken (approx. 30 min). The accommodation is located in beautiful surroundings close to nature and in a vibrant agricultural environment with sheep, hens, cows and cat. The area and home are very children friendly. Feel free to rent a canoe trip in the paddle eldorado Ogge, or enjoy the trails and viewpoints in the area! Welcome to us!

Only 10 min drive from Dyreparken (Norway's largest zoo/water park/activity centre), Sørlandssenteret (Norway's largest shopping centre) and Kristiansand/Lillesand with seaside restaurants and bars You can also use our boat to explore local beaches and waterways. Cabin with access to 14 foot boat

Original and nice cabin in a very lovely area of Grimstad. Sun until late evening. Access to both boat and kajakk in the harbor, only 200 meters away. (the boat is 14 feet with 6 hk engine). The garden is charming with different seats, grill and fireplaces. It is also possible to rent during winter. There is a heatpump and electric ovens and heating cables at the bathroom. We take 250 extra in payment for electrisity during winter season. Tenants must bring linen and towels.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

The house has all amenities such as garden with trampoline, bathtub, ice cube maker, coffee machine, two living rooms, great patios with views and charger for electric car. The house is suitable for two or more families:-)

The centre of Arendal is approximately 5-10 minutes walk. You can expect to come to the apartment as it is presented in the pictures.
