Monthly Rentals in Arthington

Penny’s place is a fine converted barn in the country with bags of character. It felt to us as somewhere different and special. How many Airbnb’s have red kites circling low overhead and woodpeckers in the garden!! Penny herself was very welcoming and very friendly and keen that we should enjoy our stay. We have fond memories of our stay. We would recommend it and look forward to our next time

We stayed for 2 nights with my sisters and their families. The cottage is beautiful and very well equipped. The setting is idyllic overlooking fields, my daughter especially enjoyed seeing the cows. Good location to visit either Harrogate or Leeds. Check-in was very smooth following Kathleen’s instructions. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Benjamin's house was our temporary home when we moved up to Leeds. The house was a perfect home away from home with all the amenities we needed for everyday life other than access to the car charger which we would have been very happy to pay for. There is a co-op and playground at the entrance to the estate which were immeasurably convenient and then being on the Otley Rd, there was easy access to a wide choice of restaurants in Adel and Headingley. It's a very convenient location!

Loved our stay in the cottage, so much so we all said we could happily live there. It was clean and comfortable and very spacious. The sofa bed was a pleasant surprise…it is actually in a separate room so it is a full four bedroom cottage Highly recommended
