The Ty Bout Gîte is a comfortable space completely renovated in 2024 and furnished in a stone house. La Vilaine is less than 700 m away (hiking/kayaking), the sea (Billiers) is 10 minutes away and Pénestin is 15 minutes away. The cottage has two bedrooms upstairs, a bathroom and a large living area (fully equipped kitchen & living room) on the ground floor. Outside, small green space, courtyard with picnic table, lounge, darts, barbecue and ping pong table! Looking forward to hosting you ;)

Ideal for families: heated pool (from april till october) aviaries, donkeys, horse and chickens on the estate. The 14 m x 6.20 m pool, with salt filtration (without chlorine) is open from 1/05 to 30/09 for tenants and ourselves, no diving. 4.5 km away, the city of LA ROCHE BERNARD, classified as a "Small City of Character" and "Blue Port of Europe", will offer you kayaking, horseback riding, hiking along La Vilaine Small tourist train Market on Thursdays

Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

Character building, upstairs and/or downstairs accommodation

Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My accommodation is quiet in the countryside with horses, nice view of the setting sun. 5 min. from La Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 minutes away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, Jade Coast. Renovated in an original way.

Charming cottage for 4 people, heated pool, Arzal

On the banks of the Vilaine, close to the dam and the port of Arzal, accommodation with 2 bedrooms + living/kitchen+ bathroom in a charming 17th century farmhouse. Large wooded garden (4500 m2) and heated indoor pool (12 x 6 m) in service from 4/1 to 10/15/21. By the water (access hold to the Vilaine, pontoon from April to October): Canoeing, sailing, fishing... Furnished is not wheelchair accessible

We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .
