Monthly Rentals in Ascona

Joséfine was very sweet. Bot me earlier arrival and later departure - as I got a rain week. She even had small touches and a multi-trip card for the bus in the studio. The communication was very friendly, timely and helpful. I would book with Joséfine again in a heartbeat.

The apartment with parking is very easy to find and is located on a quiet street. The apartment itself was also very quiet. Check in is easy, we were able to move in immediately after consultation with the landlady upon arrival before check-in time in Ascona (we came from Italy and made a stopover in Ascona). The apartment was newly renovated, was very clean and included everything we needed. Questions to the landlady were answered after a short time. Within walking distance you can reach the center of Ascona. If you want to be more comfortable, take the bus, the stop is practically at your doorstep. We will definitely rent this apartment again; we are often in Ascona.

Stefano’s apartment was a perfect place to stay in Ascona. It’s on a pedestrian-only street in the old part of town. Check in was easy. The apartment had everything we needed, kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Grocery store just a few minutes walk. Bus stop very close and buses were easy to use. Recommend a day trip to the Valle Verzasca, and a ferry ride to some of the towns in Italy. Stefano answered all my questions before our trip promptly and graciously. This is a wonderful place. If it’s available, you should book it!

We had a wonderful time at Susannes Airbnb. We recommend staying with her. The terrace and it’s incredible view is everything. The quality of air and the quality of the tap water are insane. Haha. Thank you Susanne for sharing your beautiful home with us!
