Monthly Rentals in Ascot Vale

Laura’s place was a perfect base for us for our stay in Melbourne. The tram was a few minutes away for easy access to the city centre. Plenty of local shops about. Apartment was well furnished and had all the mod cons needed for our stay.

This was a fabulous stay for us! Needed a place to stay for a week of work and the tram stop just over road along the Tram route 57 made it so easy to make my way in each day. Susan was an incredible host, incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help me out when I accidentally locked myself out. The apartment was very clean and spacious with a big comfortable bed. Thanks again for having me Susan!

Leigh & Karen's place is great to stay, friendly hosts with clear instructions, super clean place and very comfortable. They are friendly and responding promptly to messages. You have multi national restaurants and tram station within 15 min walk, train station and supermarket within 10 min walk, very peaceful suburb and close to Melbourne's CBD. I would definitely stay there again.

Hansik was polite and very accommodating. this is a fantastic location for the Melbourne Showgrounds as it is just 2 stops away by tram. there is a Woolies 5 minutes away and a Coles at the Showgrounds as well. the apartment was clean and tidy and had everything I could want. it included access to a gym and pool. This is where I will stay every time I come to Melbourne for sure.
