Monthly Rentals in Ashburton

We stayed at Damala and Anaban's house for 6 weeks. It was a wonderful place to base ourselves and a true home away from home. The property is in a lovely, leafy location close to public transport and well placed to explore Melbourne, or just to chill out. We were extremely impressed with how well equipped the kitchen was and also the very comfortable lounge which was great to relax in (and is also a great homeworking space). The garden is also lovely and the pool was a great bonus. Orange House feels like a real home with many personal touches that just make you feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. We also got to meet Anaban on a number of occasions and really enjoyed chatting with him. Overall, if you are looking for a family base in Melbourne, or for a couple, you could not find anywhere better. We also found the pricing extremely good value. A big thank you to Damala and Anaban, we would love to stay again in the future!

Tegan was incredibly lovely and responsive to my initial questions before booking the space. The photos matched the apartment perfectly, no unwanted surprises. Throughout the stay I felt as though I was staying in my own home or the home of a close friend. Highly recommended booking.

Great stay at this airbnb! Comfy, quiet, lovely garden, and well stocked with everything we needed. Short walk to cafes and supermarket. Access via side of main house, there are several steps with handrails. Would stay again!

Locations was great as had trams and the train station right nearby to access the City and also Prahan Markets. We loved having the kitchen and all appliances available to cook a meal. Despite being near the train line and a major road there was no noise inside the apartment at all. Loved the little balcony in the morning as well, as we saw some hot air balloons go by one morning. If we come back we’ll definitely stay again!
