Simply to put, an awesome private beach house, with one of the best secluded beach, with an amazing host and his father, who are always one step ahead and so helpful. highly recommended for people who wants a secluded beach and some peace 👍. And don't miss out near by kayaking place which is an awesome experience during sunset.

Biji's place was one of the best experiences I have had in my life, and I think the others in our group of 7 would agree. You must stay here: the place is literally on the Kallada river, a boat can come pick you up from the house and take you on a mangrove tour, and you can even swim just by getting down a few steps. The setting is unbeatable. The house itself seemed all brand new, modern, very comfortable. Even the roof was beautiful, but my favourite feature was the ample 2 porch areas with fans, we basically sat outside the entire time to enjoy the views. Clean, gorgeous, and serene, this place is a must-stay. A lovely lady cooked delicious meals for us for a small extra charge, making the stay even better. Biji's hospitality went beyond all this, he even managed to find a gluten-free cake for our friend's birthday, in addition to helping us arrange cabs and boat ride. Many thanks for this unforgettable stay, Biji. We truly felt we were in God's Own Country.

Had an amazing experience by the shores of Ashtamudi Lake. The villa is beautifully designed and impeccably clean, making it a perfect retreat. One of the standout features of this villa is its stunning location by the backwaters. The large glass walls allow for breathtaking views of the water from inside, and the gentle breeze that flows in from the afternoon to evening adds to the serene atmosphere. Watching the sunset from the patio was truly a highlight of my stay. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor space, which includes hammock and additional seating areas perfect for relaxation. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, which I greatly appreciated. Our host, Siddhi, and the staff member, Arjun, were incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. If you are traveling by car, it's advisable to park on the main road if you plan to go out in the evening, as the road leading to the villa may be prone to flooding in evening.
