Vacation rentals with a patio in Asturias

Very happy with the accommodation, it is in a quiet area, you can park easily, supermarket next door and it has a bus stop very close, the apartment was very clean and the owners left us snacks, food and drinks and a gift for the kids, as I said, but very happy with this accommodation

The apartment is beautiful, very clean, modern and comfortable. The area is very nice and there are many good hiking trails. There is a bar but overall the area is very rural.

The accommodation itself is fantastic. As seen in the images: clean, complete, comfortable and cozy. Very good communication to visit a multitude of places in the area. With supermarket and gas station nearby. And Daniel's treatment, exquisite. Very good communication, always attentive to everything. And with some welcome details that are appreciated.

Carlos is an exceptional person, very good communication with him and he made sure everything was to our liking. He welcomed us with a bottle of cider and some casavielles. The apartment as shown in the photos was impeccable. We travel a lot and stay in many apartments and it is the first time we have found a clean apartment, a clean kitchen, an impeccable bathroom and many details, it is truly appreciated. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and we were able to rest. You have everything around you: Alimerka, Carrefour Express, pharmacy. It also allows you to be with your dog and comes with a parking space.

David is an excellent host. We were arriving later than the agreed time and not only did not pose problems but offered us all the facilities in the world. At the check-out, since I did not have any pending entrance, we were offered to check out at the time we would like . I was always attentive and answered the messages very prompt. She advised us places to visit and places to eat. The apartment is great too. I recommend it!

Wonderful house in a charming village surrounded by nature. It has stunning views and the house is very well equipped. Very well located for excursions.

Very nice, quiet little house. The only complaint is that it is a little secluded, the road is long to get to the side. The accommodation is very clean and eggs and honey were offered to us.

We were very comfortable, a very quiet area to disconnect and if you go with a pet you are in a wonderful environment and ideal for them. The little house has everything you need and lots of land. On one of our morning walks inside the estate we saw deer, an unforgettable experience.

Thanks to Ethel! She is a very warm lady who we hosted very well. She gave us a lot of tips for our trip. Her house is very very pretty, with two bedrooms, a large garden and parking area. It's just next to a river that we can listen to the sound of the river in the garden, it's beautiful. We even benefited from the kitchen and washing machine. We loved our stay at this home. It is close enough to Gijón to make excursions comfortably and go shopping, but secluded enough to enjoy a lot of tranquility and privacy. The house is situated on a hillside with beautiful views: waking up to sunrise and having breakfast in the sun has been a luxury. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The BBQ was a plus, and the cows who come to say hello from time to time give a very special touch to the experience. Julia was a great host - she gave us a lot of helpful recommendations and when the toaster broke, she brought a new one to the moment. Communication with her was quick and easy at all times. Definitely a place we'd love to go back to.

An unbeatable house, very comfortable and no lack of detail. Gonzalo is super friendly, close and thoughtful. The area is very quiet and a huge garden to enjoy with and without pets. In short, you can't be better!!

The apartment seemed very nice to us, tastefully decorated and very well used, everything was impeccable, very comfortable bed and sofa, kitchen perfectly integrated into the living room with everything you need for cooking. The outdoor space is a fantastic addition as we travel with a pet. It has a parking space, which increases comfort when starting or ending trips. Communication was smooth from the start and the host's service was impeccable. The area is quiet (we visited in September). It is a beautiful village with a lot of charm and has all the basic amenities, well connected to the highway which made the daily trips we made faster. We thought it was a very good option and we were totally satisfied with our stay, we will definitely stay here again if we have the chance.

We stayed here for four months, and it was the best rental experience we've ever had. If you want to see the incredible landscapes of Llanes, this apartment is in the perfect location to explore them. It’s very safe, clean, and well-maintained, and the host is incredibly responsive and helpful. We loved absolutely everything about our stay!
