Our Neoclassical home rests on a hillside acre among towering Georgia Pine. Read or watch movies in the library, (the fireplace works) gather in the sun porch, make yourself at home in the dining room, tell stories in the living room, or entertain on the back terraces, beside the Koi pond and waterfall. We have 3 full baths and 2 half baths. Note: The airbnb software isnt able to list 1/2 baths. Roku, free channels, feel free to login and use your personal streaming accounts.

This farmhouse style home was built in 1887, making it one of the oldest homes in Monroe. This home is in a safe, great area! Walking distance to the breweries, restaurants, shops, and concerts on the green. Close to all wedding venues in the area! 25 minutes from Athens & an hour from ATL. Truly the perfect location! POOL & HOTTUB INCLUDED. Large yard.

The Nest, Charming Country Setting south of Athens

This guest suite is located above the detached three car garage across from the main house. Beautiful views of the countryside, including horses and chickens! Sanford Stadium and beautiful downtown Athens are just 14 miles north of us (a 22 minute drive). Historic Madison is 19 miles to the south of us. You are welcome to fish or kayak on our pond as well. Come stay with us! We do have a no-pet policy and a no-smoking policy. Thank you for respecting our space.
