An equipped kitchen area (dishwasher and washing machine). Enclosed and well-closed outdoor space, free parking. Dogs and cats accepted.

Our small 60 m2 cottage is conveniently located 30 minutes from Saint Malo, 55 minutes from Mont Saint Michel, 25 minutes from Rennes and Dinan. Its location allows you to visit the region while enjoying the calm and nature around the cottage. Departures for many hikes are accessible directly from the cottage on foot or by bike. The Ille-et-Rance Canal and the site of the eleven locks are a 5-minute walk away. Come and recharge your batteries in a green setting.

Built sometime in 1800 on the edge of the small village of Vieux-Viel in Brittany, this wonderful old schoolhouse stands in a large garden, surrounded by nature in the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel / Emerald Coast. Welcome to our quaint countryside barnhouse! Completely restored and refurbished in 2022, the barn is the perfect place to recharge your batteries in beautiful Brittany. The barn is well positioned for exploring this wonderful area, too. The old pirate town of Saint-Malo, impressive Mont St Michel and the beautiful city of Rennes are on our doorstep. The property is surrounded by fields, and is separated from the main farmhouse by even more greenery.
