Monthly Rentals in Augusta

Sarah was very helpful, friendly and good at giving instructions which helped to make everything easier for us. The house was very clean and organized and so was the yard. Very neat having the little pond in between the house and the lake there was so much wildlife there. It was so neat to watch from the house. I love that this place was pet friendly and we didn’t have to leave our dog at home. He was able to come with us and enjoy everything too. I will be recommending this place to friends and family. And I’m even interested in renting it again in the future. It’s a very lovely place to stay.

This is our second time visiting and won’t be our last. Such a perfect location for a quiet, relaxing getaway!! Horses and hot tubs, what more could you ask for??

I was in town for a funeral. I wasn’t expecting such a relaxing weekend but the shed house made it so. It was so peaceful and cozy. The surroundings are beautiful. The house had sweet little touches which really made me feel welcome. The house is well cared for and clean. Aschley was so quick to respond to messages and very accommodating. Will stay again when in town. Thank you for your great hospitality <3

What a fabulous gem of a place to stay! Felt less like an air bnb and more of a family cabin. We felt right at home, and loved the coziness of the cabin (and wood stove) during standard crummy spring weather- which felt cozy, refreshing and special, rather than crummy, in this context. The wood fire stayed cranking, keeping the cabin warm. Although we ventured into town, we couldn't wait to get back to the cabin. It is as listed- cook on the wood stove inside or grill outside, outhouse, water jugs, a few lamps- so plan accordingly, keep it simple, and you'll have a very relaxing, pleasant stay.
