Spacious one bedroom/bath on the Eagle River. Newly remodeled. Private entrance and a patio overlooking the river with propane fire pit table, chairs and a Weber grill. Stairs to the river about 10 steps away. Free parking. Full kitchen. Washer/dryer in unit. Located in Eagle-Vail, an area between Vail and Beaver Creek Ski Resorts. An 18 hole golf course runs through the community. Few minutes walk to the Highway 6 bus stop. The bus is free. Five min drive to Beaver Creek and 10 min to Vail.
