Everything was very good. We had a problem with the washing machine, Miguel was pending at all times until the problem was resolved. The house is very nice, beautiful view. Highly recommended

Home from home. This place had everything and more that was needed. Location was perfect, everything walkable, shop right opposite for quick things. Home was spacious and quiet, lovely patios and gardens. Garage full of things you can use and nice for beach chairs and umbrellas. We stayed for 4 nights so came with minimal things but everything you needed they had there so we were thankful not having to buy wasted items. We had our elderly mom with us and she was able to walk to many of the places and into old town and alcuida port for dinners etc. Great restaurants on your door step too! A perfect stay and we would definitely be back! Antonia was responsive and lovely when we meet her at check out! Thank you for an awesome stay! ❤️

the stay at Antonia's place was excellent impeccable apartment, access to the beautiful beach just opposite, top, private parking for the car, perfect, apartment in quiet residential area and very well located. The house is as pictured, if not better. It has all the necessary amenities to spend a great vacation. The apartment is very spacious and perfect for a group stay. Francina was available from the time of booking, providing us with a lot of useful information about the area, and always available, generally a great host. The house is located on the waterfront of a very quiet and peaceful village, but not without amenities (restaurants, clubs, etc.). In addition, some of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca are located right near S'Illot. Overall, I recommend this stay because it felt like home.

Amazing host and even better location! The views were absolutely wonderful, the host was extremely helpful & responsive, and the home wasn’t too far of a walk from the town!

Maria is a very friendly and accommodating host. Our exchanges were very pleasant and efficient. Her house is a cocoon of happiness, very well located, close to beaches and amenities. The accommodation is beautiful, spacious, clean, functional and very well equipped. We were with our dog who was delighted to play in the garden or sip in the sun between two walks nearby. I would highly recommend this accommodation to the point that we will gladly return. Muchas gracias.

The description and characteristics of the apartment in the listing are perfectly consistent. The location of the building a stone's throw from the beach is fantastic, the view from the balcony is unique. Juan was always very kind and responded immediately for every need. I highly recommend it .

We were a family of 5 from Norway, and really appreciated this house, a private property right on the beach in a quiet neighbourhood with a nice pool and relaxing area. The host was most gracious, replied quickly on our questions before the holiday, provided excact instructions on travel from airport to house, and the property was very clean on arrival. She also recommended some excellent local restaurants and sightseeing places to visit in the area. We had an amazing and relaxing week, and really recommend both this property and host warmly. Great place to stay with friends or family, super close to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of space outdoor and indoor. Really enjoyed our stay. Juan was super responsive and helpful.

Exceptional apartment with fantastic sea views from 3 balconies. Very nice, tastefully furnished. We particularly liked the "fitness balcony" with appropriate equipment. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, almost too much for 2 people. The most beautiful apartment we have been to AirBnbB so far - highly recommended !!

We had a great stay. Marco was really helpful with checking us in and giving useful advice on getting around the island. He was also really helpful in putting us in touch with arranging a car hire at short notice. The beach and local restaurants and shops are a 10 minute walk away which was a great bonus. All in all, highly recommended!!

I want to commend Mike on being a wonderful host and providing a welcoming place with a perfect location. Sitting on the expansive balcony looking out at the sea, being able to walk to incredible hiking trails, and a close car ride to experience great sightseeing were highlights. We were there during off-season and many restaurants and stores in the area were closed but it did not distract from our thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Spacious appartment very close to the beach with stunning views over the sea and with everything we needed for self catering. There was even a sizeable pool for us to use. We were right near the town for shops and restaurants but the appartment wasn’t noisy.

This is a beautiful home right by the cliffs of southern Menorca. The home is clean, nicely decorated and had all the necessary amenities. The location was very private and relaxing. The host Marta is excellent!! Very responsive and friendly. Thank you so much!! We had a great time!!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Mallorca! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach, which was ideal for our group. We stayed with two families, and the villa was incredibly spacious, offering rooms that easily accommodated everyone. One of the highlights was the huge garden, complete with a playground area for the kids. The villa was also very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay — from kitchen supplies to beachtowels and even toys for the children. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this villa to anyone traveling with family or a larger group!

This was a VERY special place! The house is beautifully situated on the coastline and the views and outdoor spaces couldn't be more spectacular and relaxing. We were a family of 5 adults (30 years+). Everyone had their space to spread out and we were also able to be together. Though there is a beach right down the road, we felt no need to go there. If you are looking to be close to Palma, however, this might not be the location for you. We were there after the height of the season and it was quiet (which is what we were looking for). The drive to Palma was about an hour.

we had a great holiday at francisca’s place (family of 6 adults)! the location and surrounding of the place are truly unique and amazing. the outside area offers a lot to do and different seating areas. the rooms are nice and clean, everyhting is nicely furbished. communication was very good and friendly. i only have a small complaint: i would have expected a decent amount of dish washer tabs, cleaning cloths and towels in the kitchen (there was only 1 cloth and 2 towels provided for 1 week for 6 people, and 3 dishwasher tabs) and toilet paper to be provided. additionally, some of the equipment could be renewed (like a toilet brush, heavily scratched pans, leaking jug). but these are very small complaints on a very high level:) the kitchen itself very well equipped. it didn’t disturb our great stay, we would definitely come back anytime!

A great stay, wonderful house with excellent facilities. The location is top class beside the small beach, and it felt private nonetheless. Fantastic views to spend time in.

The 180 degree view takes your breath away from the first moment, just beautiful. Since we visited the island for the first time, we took some excursions. Returning to the view at Marion & Ben's place is great. The house is furnished with love and perfectly equipped. We didn't cook, but we think everything is there. The steps in the rocks invite you to still close to the sea and let you really come down. The proximity to the beach is great. The hosts are very friendly and make you feel that they love their house and enjoy sharing the great place with others. We would have liked to have stayed longer than 11 nights. The next guest can be very happy about the visit.

We stayed for 5 days during pre-season as a family of four. The house is very clean, with direct ocean view and water access as well as a supermarket and some restaurants in walking distance. Regardless if you look for some private relaxation or a place to relax between clubbing, this is it! The host is very approachable and always available for questions and help: what else could you ask for - happy to come back!

Such a beautiful house sorrounded by nature. Super nicely decorated and it has all amenities you could wish for. In a quiet village away from the crowds of tourists. Highly recommend!
