At "Villa Pepita Mallorca", you'll have private use of the tennis court and the 5mx10m saltwater swimming pool which is heated approx mid-April to end-Oct. A BBQ is also available (please buy briquettes) as is a professional pizza oven. The house is ideal for a group of three friends or a couple with perhaps one child. Very well connected with a bus stop just 1min by foot and only 7 min to palma centre and 5min to closest beach by bus. There is a pharmacy, plenty of local restaurants and a little shop for buying groceries open every day, just walking distance from the house.
