Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.

This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.

Very quiet and sunny, an incomparable setting. The town of Fornalutx has received several European awards for its conservation with the environment. The house is located just 10-15 minutes from the sea and you can spend days on the beach in Puerto de Sóller where you can enjoy all the activities you want. It is located in the heart of the Sierra de Tramuntana, therefore it is an ideal starting point for hiking routes.

Adults only Small guest house / casita for two people on our finca in Llucmajor, in the middle of a beautiful garden with pool. Centrally located with short distances to the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca, to Palma and other excursion destinations. The Llucmajor/Son Noguera bus station is a 7-minute walk from us. From May to October, an airport bus also runs. The tourist tax levied here is included in the price.
