Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Balearic Islands

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Mallorca! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach, which was ideal for our group. We stayed with two families, and the villa was incredibly spacious, offering rooms that easily accommodated everyone. One of the highlights was the huge garden, complete with a playground area for the kids. The villa was also very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay — from kitchen supplies to beachtowels and even toys for the children. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this villa to anyone traveling with family or a larger group!

Such a beautiful house sorrounded by nature. Super nicely decorated and it has all amenities you could wish for. In a quiet village away from the crowds of tourists. Highly recommend!

Very good stay in this nicely decorated and extremely pleasant accommodation in hot weather. Well located in a quiet area close to portocolom restaurants and shops. Next to a nice natural area for walking, jogging and swimming. Carmen was very responsive and flexible, extremely welcoming. Very nice experience. Please note that the bathroom is only accessible through the outdoor terrace, so it's not convenient if it's cold out of season.

The stay was great! The house is close to water in a nice quiet town with good options for food and groceries. Beautiful sunsets, clean home, comfortable bed. It was a great time for my family.

Perfect stay! Very pleasant apartment in a typical town, very well located for visiting the island. Convenience stores and restaurant a few minutes' walk away. Compliant with photos, see better, very clean, comfortable and very well-equipped. Exterior with terraces, swimming pool and garden, sheltered from the wind, top. We had a fantastic week at Michel’s house. It’s a small, charming, and simple home that offers a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights is the privacy, complete with your own comfortable outdoor area and an outdoor shower. Michel is an outstanding host—very caring and attentive, always ready to help with anything you need. We’ll definitely be returning!

The place was more than good! Alvaro was quick to respond to our inquiries, he was extremely nice. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and the neighborhood is extremely quiet and peaceful, close to the coast. There is parking nearby, and sometimes there are spaces available right in front of the apartment. Downstairs the garden is maintained and made with a lot of desire and effort. We recommend!

We were delighted with the apartment. Monica welcomed us and God's advice. The apartment was super nice decorated and very clean, the bed super comfortable . Everything new. Great location even if you don't have a car (bus very close by) and by bike you can get anywhere on the island. Ocean view from the balcony. Area with restaurants and supers. We'll be back for sure! The apartment was fabulous. Spacious, clean, very well equipped - it literally had everything we could have wanted and needed. Location is perfect, next to lots of shores, bars, restaurants and the beach is across the road. Toni was extremely helpful and responded to questions very quickly - pretty much instantly. Toni provided suggestions for local restaurants and told us about local farmers markets. We are cyclists and there is even access to the garage to store our bikes, tools etc. We were very pleased with all aspects of the rental and we will definitely use it again when we are in the area. Highly recommended.

Mery was super reactive and accommodating as we booked last minute. Super nice host and responsive. The complex is quite new, with numerous apartments, with a nice swimming pool. It was very quiet (but we were off season,). The appartment is modern, with a very cute decoration and lovely terrasse. The appartment had all the accommodations (tea, coffea machine, oven etc) and confortable beds. It is also easy to park in the street in front of the complex. Would love to stay there in the future.

Marcello’s place was lovely for two and in a really good location. The beach and plenty of bars and restaurants were down the road. As well as bus stops heading to the centre or the aquarium! Marcello is very friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again 😉

Exactly look like in the pictures, bedroom was super tidy, bathroom was super clean. host also very responsive and easy to communicate. Location right in the center of everything. Overall it was a great experience will definitely back and stay longer.

The apartment is well equipped, clean and functional.Xavi was very responsive, accommodating and considerate so that we had a nice stay. We were able to visit the whole island from this anchor. We would recommend this listing.

We immediately felt comfortable in the accommodation and luckily we were able to check in right after arrival and before 3 PM. The host always responded extremely quickly to messages, always helped us and gave us great tips. We were there with a toddler and the apartment was super suitable for it. The pool is little used, which is why we always had it to ourselves. The sea was also very nice and quick to reach on foot. A very great stay and a place that is highly recommended.

Great apartment right next to the beach and multiple restaurants. Very communicative hosts that almost instantly answered any question we had! Highly recommended!

We had an amazing 4 week stay. Very child friendly and spacious apartment. The outdoor area and pool were widely used. Had everything we needed. Jasmina was nice to communicate with and responded quickly to messages. Would love to come back!

Toni’s place was perfect. He provided everything you could need including beach towels. The place was super walkable to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. The best part of the Airbnb was definitely Toni, the host. He was sooo responsive and very friendly to communicate with. Would definitely recommend.

We had a very good week at Jaume's apartment. This one is very well equipped for a family (dishwasher, washing machine). The terrace, sheltered from the wind, with direct access to the park and pool is particularly appreciated. The kids could come and go at their leisure and even made girlfriends. The neighborhood is quiet. The supermarket is glued to the residence and very convenient. 2 beaches are within easy walking distance. The surroundings are beautiful and there are plenty of activities (Cova de s' aigua, Lithica, Ciutadella, Artrutx lighthouse, southern beaches, Cala Morell Necropolis...). Finally, Jaume is a thoughtful and always responsive host. Thank you very much! 😊
