We have SKYTV, DVD and WIFI but we can also offer the peace and quiet of the rural Irish countyside. Three double bedrooms compliment a spacious open plan ground floor. With its own grounds and parking, this stone property is on the edge of three counties and perfect for exploring the ancient south east and its coast.

The cottage is situated on a family residence and is perfect for friends, couples, small families, walking and nature enthusiasts alike. 4pm is the check-in time. Waterford and Kilkenny have a variety of cafes, restaurants, bars and shops and many attractions, including the Greenway and copper coast. We’re happy to assist you during your stay. The Loft is located is a quiet rural area, 10 minutes from Waterford City and 30 minutes from Kilkenny City. Our newly converted apartment is a self contained unit with an open plan Kitchen, Living and bedroom area. It has a cosy yet spacious feel to it, where you can relax and unwind. The sleeping area has a double bed and also a small sofa bed ( suitable for a child if required ). It also has a sizeable decking for outdoor dining. It is adjacent to our home with its own private entrance.

Our self contained apartment is only 2km from the village centre and a 10 minute walk to Creadan beach. Ideal base for touring the South East including the Copper Coast and Hook Peninsula. Deck exclusively for guest use. The Studio has underfloor heating, hob and microwave, no oven.
