Unique Grade II listed cottage situated in the quaint village of Churchtown. Please note that we have a strict NO parties/gatherings policy at the cottage. The cottage is refurbished to a high standard. The internal accommodation comprises of sitting room, diner kitchen and drawing room/conservatory. There is a bathroom with bath and shower facilities. The double bedroom is situated in the eaves above the sitting room. Externally boasts an enclosed rear garden and driveway for two cars.

Equidistant and a short drive (15-20 mins) to the sea side town of Blackpool and the historic city of Lancaster. Less than a 10 minute drive to Poulton-Le-Fylde. Pet friendly (£20 per dog per stay) with ample parking. Local pub 1/2 mile away.

On a country lane, that provides quick access to Blackpool with its night life, attractions and illuminations in September, and only 50 mins to the Lake District. If you want the sea, its not far at all, with large beaches at Blackpool and the lovely upgraded front at Cleveleys is only a short drive away.

There's a cosy log burning fire, a fully equipped kitchen, pet-friendly garden, car parking, and keyless entry for self check-in.

'Where people matter..' Victorian two bed character home-from-home with private parking and secluded garden. Newly renovated. Walk everywhere! Three fantastic pubs and cafe all within 4 minutes walk. Three more cafes 20-30 minutes walk. Indian, Chinese, fish and chips and two convenience stores within 3 minutes walk Scenic bike rides, beautiful strolls along the canal. 20 minute train journey to the beach or 50 minutes for a shopping spree in Manchester city.

Coachmans House at Churchtown

This beautiful and quaint cottage used to be the coach house for the mansion just down the road. It was build in 1616. Pub is walking distance. The cottage has full gas and electric but also a wood burning stove. The cottage is set in the quiet picturesque village of Churchtown. Near Garstang. This property is pet friendly. Please contact me if you would like to bring more than 1 pet. I charge £15 per pet per booking extra (unless extra cleaning is needed).
