Please note that this is a quiet residential area, no parties or events are allowed, please respect quiet hours from 11PM on Friday and Saturday until 8AM and on weekdays from 10PM until 8AM. As a dog-friendly rental, we ask that you ensure that your dog is on a leash or a lead in the back yard as this home doesn't have a fence.

This is a well furnished one bedroom apartment. It has one bathroom with a shower/bath combination and a washer and dryer. It has a well furnished kitchen, dining table and large closet. It is perfect for extended stays. There is a queen sized sofa bed with a memory foam mattress. We are close to I-35. There are two parking spaces right outside the front door. Well behaved pets are welcome. We use a commercial UV light to sanitize, along with a rigorous cleaning protocol.

Close to DFW airport, UNT, TWU, Texas Motor Speedway with access to all of DFW. NOTE: beds are in open ladder loft. Guests must be able to climb up and down STEEP ladder for access. Sofa (sleeps 1) and/or air mattress available downstairs. We do not allow outside guests, gatherings or parties in the space or yard.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. We have a horse and a donkey on the land. hundreds of trees, and a very quiet area. no neighbors except the landlord. Short distance from DFW airport. Shopping centers close by Lifetime club is less than 10 minutes away. Nature trails nearby too, though you will not need that because the home is surrounded by hundreds of trees. No hassle of parking.
