Beautiful stay in a clean, cozy cottage in a quiet village with great restaurant. The garden and view were glorious, the host very helpful. Only the parking situation was a bit difficult. We will be happy to come back, thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in Mattia and Elisabetta’s little house, located in this charming, traditional village. The location is perfect for hikes with lake views, but also for a city getaway to Lugano. We loved going on excursions with our dog to see the many nearby waterfalls, and coming back at the end of the day as the villagers gathered in a friendly atmosphere (alongside the many cats!). The drive up will put your driving skills to the test, but don’t worry you quickly get used to it. The house is perfect—comfortable, safe, and very clean. Mattia checked in with us regularly to see how our stay was going and to share recommendations. A perfect stay in the kind of Italy you dream of and love!

If we could give 6 stars we would. The location is beautiful, full of wonderful nature. Ivana’s apartment felt right at home, had everything you would want in an airbnb and more. We very much enjoyed all the delicacies! Even with public transport its very reachable and Ivana is very friendly and helpful. We wouldn’t think twice about booking again.

I had such a lovely stay at Enrica’s place! She is truly a wonderful host, exceptionally kind, helpful, and generous. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel incredibly welcome and at home. She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed and offered great local tips that made my visit comfortable and easy. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail made one of the best airbnd experiences i have had!

We had a lovely stay at this lovely house. Everything was perfect and the surroundings were beautiful. Enrico was very available and very kind. He even drove us back to the station while we were going to miss our train. We would highly recommend this Airbnb and would not hesitate to come back if we have a chance!

The kitchen is also fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired! Crib, high chairs, small radiators to support, great garden with fence. Great!

We loved it very much! We would recommend and return to the place. Extremely clean! Beautiful and quiet view and we would like a day to rest just there. Not 100% accessible for us but we managed. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The house has stunning views over Locarno, Ascona and the lake. Wonderful for a few days off.

We spent 3 days on New Year's Eve 2025. Three families with kids. We had a great time. Lara welcomed us warmly at check-in and gave us all the directions to better manage the house, including a stove, jacuzzi and Finnish tub. Clean and complete environments. Super equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Spotless and comfortable rooms. Various children's games and books for moments of relaxation; availability of Sky, Netflix and Disney+. Wood and barbecue available. Priceless view of Lake Como from one side and the mountain on the other side. Great location: quite isolated to be quiet and not to bother anyone but still 5 minutes from the center of the village; less than 10 minutes away we found a very well-stocked shopping center. Really great and recommended experience, to try again in summer with the possibility of also using the outdoor pool. GREAT

Alessandra's place is a great space very close to the ferry terminal and an easy walk to the main part of Varenna. Alessandra was a wonderful host and communicated in a very friendly and responsive way. Would highly recommend this place if you want to be in the central area of Lake Como. We loved our stay here.

Apartment was very good,very clean and warm like at home. The ownes very friendly,they give as something from the farm for free and they respond you for everything. I have it a bad luck because was raining every day but still the place was beautiful. I recommend it.

We had a great weekend stay at Samuele’s place! The view is incredible and the private garden was perfect for our dogs! The location is just a short 16-20 minute walk from the little town with beautiful nature.

Giuseppe was an incredible host. The villa was beautiful, the surroundings even more so. We travelled there for my sister's hen do and everything was just perfect! Giuseppe even drove us to the local store so we could collect shopping as there were no taxis available which was a fantastic help! The whole stay was unforgettable!

We were surrounded by trees 🌳 and mountains as far 🏔 as the eye can see, it's just beautiful to see. It is a peaceful, quiet, relaxing and disconnecting place for everything you were looking for. Not to mention the spectacle of setting and sunrise over the cottage every day with its large balcony and large bay windows... really soothing! There is the possibility to walk easily, to visit the Sessa gold mine, to eat in restaurants in the nearest city without any worries. I would recommend it closed! Thank you Alois

We very much liked the house and its surroundings. Perfect for those looking to discover the area of Lago di Como. Very close to Varenna and with an amazing view of the mountains. A place to come back to!

Perfect location, 10 minutes from the center of Menaggio and the pier to take the boat to Bellagio and Vernazza. Only downside: the mattress of one of the large beds to change, it sags on one side.

We confirm our positive opinion for Giorgio's house. We have already stayed in this house in November and we chose to return for the location of the accommodation, you can reach Milan in 30 minutes, and the ease of parking and unloading the car with the children. Very clean and tidy place to stay. In the kitchen there is everything you need to organize lunch and dinner. Spacious and bright rooms. No less important the responsiveness and kindness of the hosts, always available for every request and above all very quick to respond. If we need a place to stay in the area, we will definitely come back, a guarantee.

We had a wonderful stay at this idyllic Airbnb in the mountains near Lake Lugano. The small Italian village exudes tranquility, perfect for switching off and relaxing. The surrounding nature with its mountains is breathtaking, and there are numerous opportunities for hikes and walks. The Airbnb itself is immaculately clean and cozy – a perfect place to get away from it all. If you are looking for peace, nature and Italian village idyll, this is the place to be. We felt at home as soon as we arrived. A luminous space, very comfortable and clean, and with all we needed for our stay. There were also some welcoming home made pastries, which made our breakfast special. Perfect! Highly recommended.
