The vacation apartment is located in the basement of your host's single-family home, surrounded by orchards and fields. Meersburg, Markdorf and Salem are 6 km away, Überlingen and Friedrichshafen about 20 km.

Modern and very well-equipped holiday flat directly on Lake Constance with its own beach and several outdoor seating areas. In summer it is wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake and barbecue on the large terrace. In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.
