I am happy to stay in this accommodation. Although it is difficult for me to go up to the 4th floor with a large suitcase using only stairs, but when I entered I was very entertained by the very pleasant accommodation. Everything I need is in this accommodation. The location makes it very easy for me to find food. Close to the mall and a large supermarket. I highly recommend this accommodation.

A great place to stay for long term holiday in Almaty. Mr Park was a very helpful host, helps us with a lot of things including finding cheaper snowboard rental place. He also helps when we faced troubles and hiccups in our vacations. A very responsive and helpful host.

He provided great contacts for drivers and local visits, making our trip even more convenient. The property itself is spacious and absolutely wonderful and it felt like home. His father was also very kind and always available to assist whenever we needed anything. All the rooms were clean and well maintained, creating a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place to everyone!
