Vacation rentals with a patio in Bežigrad District

Nice welcome with attentions (wine/chocolate), very clean and new building. 3 apartments in the house, otherwise no private use. Pure apartment building. We were all alone during our stay. Pictures are truthful. Quiet residential area, restaurant and various supermarkets/gas stations/village center (village) can be reached in the vicinity by foot or by car. Garden with playhouse for the children (slide/climbing - soon also sand in the sandbox), barbecue corners, parking lot, property fully fenced (gate to driveway opens at the push of a button). Fast and easy communication. There was nothing missing in the apartment, modern and new, comfortable mattresses (balcony covered). In the kitchen, various cooking utensils could be retrofitted otherwise TIP TOP clean! We felt comfortable. THANK YOU

Great place! Super happy with my choice to stay here. It was in a quiet, private location, just a few minute bike ride (or 15-min walk) from the center of town. Could be great for solo traveler or a couple. Dark and quiet for sleep too. The place had everything you could need, including plenty of kitchen utensils. Everything was spotless and free of clutter. And I liked that all the toiletries were under Eva’s ‘brand’. Very nice touch :) And Eva was fantastic. Super nice, very helpful with recs, and very responsive. Would highly recommend staying if you like to stay slightly out of the center. Thanks so much, Eva!!

This place was beyond amazing! Absolutely spotless and beautiful. Our hosts were so kind, friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the meat, cheese, wine, elderflower water, brandy and fruit and delicious croissants (this was the first croissant I have ever enjoyed in my entire life, it was soooooo good). If we ever make it back to Slovenia, THIS is where we will base ourselves out of—it was that good. And I have to say, every other place (8 in total) we stayed in was excellent too but this one was above and beyond the others. Directions and photos so we could easily locate it were perfect and the absolutely delightful hosts really made us feel welcome. Accommodations were excellent!

Our stay was very pleasant! The house was perfect and clean, very large and well maintained. Close to the capital, but in a quiet area, it allowed us to visit the village comfortably. Even in 7 people the house was comfortable, highly recommended!

Our stay in Slovenia was absolutely wonderful. The house of Marjeta was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect. It was very close to Ljubljana by car, which made exploring the city very easy. Marjeta welcomed us with cake and apple juice, which was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture. She was incredibly welcoming and responsive, always ready to help and make our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, and I can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay at Ludvik’s house ! Everything is very clean and well equipped and the bedrooms are very spacious with a nice garden ! Just know that the rooms can get very warm during hot summer months and the neighborhood (dogs) were very loud early in the morning.

This place is fantastic! The home is beautiful, fully stocked kitchen, toys for kids, welcome gifts. It’s in a gorgeous quiet spot, walkable to the town center. Great base for day trips. Andrej is very responsive and gives great recommendations. Highly recommend.

We had a great time at Katja's place! The space was even better than the photos, spacious and with lots of amenities. The proximity to Ljubljana and major roads are very convenient for exploring the country by car, while being in a peaceful place. Katja is a responsive, warm and very caring host, we are delighted to have met her and will not hesitate to recommend this place to our loved ones who would like to take a trip to Slovenia 😊

A spacious, clean apartment with all the necessary equipment. The bed is large and spacious and the heating works great for cold winter days. There is parking just outside the apartment.

Very nice apartment, clean, new and equipped with everything you need. 15 minutes from one of the parking lots to go to Ljubljana by bus (very convenient), quiet area. Maja is a great host, very kind, helpful, he also brought us pancakes for breakfast. Highly recommended!
