The bathroom has a walk-in shower, hair dryer and towels. The bed is 1.20 x 2.00 m wide, bed linen is included. A private terrace and free parking are available. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

The additional spacious roof terrace (26 sqm), offers a great view of the Swiss Alps with a good view. A top equipped kitchen ensures a pleasant comfort. Associated parking space directly in front of the house or large garage for car and bicycles to lock.

Four seasons on the farm

The spacious apartment is located in the rear lower part of the detached house. It is accessible via a narrow paved path (in progress but accessible) from the driveway. The apartment is bright and has a terrace in front of the apartment doors. The view is directed into the courtyard and the old apple orchard. Please take a close look at the pictures.
