St. Moritz's ski areas are 10 minutes drive , the local ski lift is walking distance, cross country tracks are on the doorstep and Maloja Lake is just across the fields. Summer hiking and biking trails are in the immediate vicinity. Renovated this year to a very high standard with a new kitchen and modern furnishing, the apartment offers all comforts.

Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Spacious 5.5 room apartment in Bergell, the valley of the artists Giacometti and Segantini. Freshly renovated. The tried and tested and the modern have been made to match. Great views. Where skiing and Italian flair come together. 30 minutes from the ski slopes in the Engadine and also 30 minutes from Lake Como. The local landlords live on the 2nd floor and are available for questions, concerns or tips. The perfect place to relax and unwind. We love hosting!

Just 2 minutes from the lake, we rent a modern studio with separate wet cell and integrated kitchenette in a very quiet location for max. 2 adults and one child (no extra charges). The Ciäsa Alba was completed in December 2017 and blends wonderfully into the landscape with its simple architecture. The studio is on the first floor and has its own entrance and terrace where you can enjoy the evening sun.

Apartment with a hot tub and beautiful views

Sunny apartment with beautiful views. Children and tolerable pets welcome. 4 bedrooms, living room with balcony, kitchen and bathroom with bathtub/toilet. On our terrace there is an outdoor jacuzzi for 5 people for free. The Jacuzzi is on the patio of the house, which is shared by you and us. To get there, you have to climb a few outside stairs. Enjoy undisturbed relaxation with an amazing view!

Studio with fantastic views

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.
