We are centrally located in the Texas Hill Country - 5 minutes from Pedernales Falls State Park and easy driving distance to Austin, San Antonio and Fredericksburg. Our property is easy to get to, yet secluded and quiet with exceptional views of the Hill Country. Cottage 1 has a bedroom with a queen bed and a twin pullout couch. Guests may use the outdoor kitchen / pavilion, large deck, and a fire pit. Dogs welcome.

We have 18 hole disc golf, yoga dome, hammocks, trails, fossil hunting, a Spring (rain dependent) etc! The Treetop Cabin sits a hundred feet away from any other structure and has a patio overlooking the Texas Hill Country. The land provides an opportunity to connect with Nature. Location allows easy access to Hill Country attractions.

Recently updated and located within walking distance of the Blanco River, you can walk to the park, river or the Blanco town square within minutes. This adorable 4 bedroom 2 bathroom bungalow has t.v.'s in every bedroom and a large 70" t.v. in the living room. There is also a carport. The best part of this bungalow is the extensive covered patio. The house is best suited for 6 adults and 2 kids.

There are 3 AC window units in the Cottage, the Living room, the Master and the Kitchen, the house easily cools to 70 degrees on a hot day.

Suspended above the living room is the bedroom with a view of the tree tops. The bathroom is just below the bedroom at the bottom of the stairs. Generous windows bring the outside in. Step out on to the screen porch for your morning coffee or into the small totally fenced private backyard.
