We had the most wonderful stay at Ladydown Cottage! Mick and Janine were incredibly helpful and thoughtful hosts, staying in contact and providing all the information we needed before and during our visit. After a long 5-hour drive, we arrived at 4 am to find the cottage beautifully warm and welcoming, with lights and heating already on – such a considerate touch that made all the difference. The cottage itself is cozy and charming, and the hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The detailed guide they left for local places to eat and visit was spot-on – the food recommendations were some of the best meals we’ve ever had! We truly felt at home and will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway in Cornwall! Sophia & family X

This house is simply beautiful. The garden is immaculate and huge! Gerard and his wife were the perfect hosts! He greeted us with lovely home made scones with jam, cream and Easter eggs! The kitchen is very well appointed, with everything you'd need. The beds are sumptuous and very comfortable. The village of Blisland is stunning, the locals all very friendly even to people from out of town. It's like a fairytale, and we'd jump at the chance to return!!!

Great stay in this pod. Very cozy. All the amenities and on the Camel Trail for some beautiful walks and good base to explore further in Cornwall.

I stayed at this beautiful flat for my birthday weekend and it was better than I could have imagined! A crazy amount of space (the pictures don’t do it justice). Everything was all clean and my partner would not stop going on about how comfy the bed was! We even got a free bag of mini eggs as it was Easter weekend! Really wanted to stay longer as 3 nights wasn’t enough! We will definitely be returning! Thanks Sharon for a welcoming, gorgeous stay at your home!
