Monthly Rentals in Blue Mounds

We had a wonderful few days at Nina’s retreat. She was a lovely host and full of local knowledge and recommendations. Her directions were clear and useful. The setting was tranquil and removed from suburban sprawl yet still relatively close to downtown Mount Horeb. We enjoyed strolling around the grounds with our dog and the view from the cabin was quite pastoral. A great place to kick back and relax. We hope to return someday soon.

This was a very cute place to stay for the weekend! Had everything that made us feel right at home. Quiet neighbors. Within walking distance to various spots to get something to eat and drink. Julie was great to work with and we look forward to our stay there again in the near future.

I stayed with co-workers for a conference in Madison (much more affordable option) and we were delighted with the local scene, ease getting to and from Madison, and the place is lovely.

As beautiful as the photos are, Brigham Farmhouse is even more magical in person. If you are on the fence, just book! You will not be sorry. An amazing turn of the century house with something to charm you every place you look. Huge original picture windows with wavy glass, beautiful woodwork and built-ins but with any modern convenience you'd want seamlessly integrated without sacrificing the charm. Wonderful cozy nooks and plenty of space both to gather and to spread out. The kitchen is perfect - no lingering items from guests past, just a nice quality one of anything you'd need. The beds are extremely comfortable, wonderful linens. Bathrooms (and everything really) spotlessly clean. The grounds are just gorgeous and the house sits atop a hill surrounded by tall grasses and trees... it's a dream! Besides all of this, the house is, simply put, just magical and has wonderful energy. We wanted to stay longer and we really hope to come back!
