The little room is perfect for a short stay. Super easy to find. friendly check-in and check-out. Very cosy room and bed. Recommended for short stays. fridge and kettle right in front of room. spacious bathroom. If I was not moving into the area anyway I would definitely stay there again.

Our stay in this spacious apartment was great! The house can accommodate plenty of room. The amenities left nothing to be desired – from the fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms to an inviting living area. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. We felt comfortable and can only recommend it.

Bianca is an exceptional host, very welcoming, very friendly. She and her 2 adorable cats hosted our dog very well as well. We had a pleasant stay, everything is spotless, nothing is missing at the house. The accommodation is a 10 min walk from Arenenberg Castle (I recommend) and 30 min drive from the island of Mainau (beautiful).

Very nice little apartment. Perfect place for a short stay. Clean, well furnished, nice balcony. It was great that you were super close to the train. In addition, you can cycle to Radolfzell in 15 minutes, in 1 hour you were in Konstanz. Top. There is also a vegan restaurant with great breakfast (Fri-Sun) nearby. The only drawback: for people with back problems, the sofa bed is a bit uncomfortable. We had a little pain.

Beautiful view,I would recommend this place for medium term stays. Maybe even longer in case you don't mind you will not have a kitchen,just a microwave. Overall the room is pretty big and location is within short walk to lake. It was possible to park in front of the place which was super convenient.

Very good stay in this impeccable, clean, comfortable and well-equipped accommodation. Located a stone's throw from Stein am Rhein and beautiful tourist destinations in the region (Constance, Schaffhouse, Meersburg,...) but essential to have the car in my opinion. We thank Nancy for her hospitality and her little delicacies of the region.

We enjoyed staying at Patrick' place. It was comfortable and convenient to highways, gas, a convenience store and public transportation. The free parking was a plus. It was clean and had a nice sunset view from the large windows facing the river. The neighborhood was safe with joggers using the path along the river. A few things to consider: The parking space is against a cement wall so keen backing skills are necessary if there is another car in the adjoining space. The surrounding streets are busy and can be noisy at certain times if windows are open but quiet when closed. The restaurant, one floor below was usually quiet but there was a party one night we were there with loud base thumping music until after 10 pm. The kitchen is minimally supplied with dishes, cooking utensils, and glassware. If you plan to cook, plan on providing your own spices, oils, salt and pepper, sugar etc. and extra paper towels if you use the partial roll provided. The refrigerator is a mini fridge.

The apartment is very nice and well-kept in a very pleasant context, convenient for visiting the places around Lake Constance. The owners are very helpful and friendly.

In the completely and very comfortably equipped apartment over two floors, we felt very comfortable from the first minute. The extremely quiet location and wonderful scenery invite you to a longer stay. Simone and Eric Baumeister were very kind and helpful hosts and responsive at all times. We felt very comfortable in the very clean and nicely furnished apartment. We especially enjoyed the great view and the rest on the balcony. From there everything was easily accessible and we had a great holiday. The apartment is highly recommended.

Doris and the family are really friendly, the location is very good, close to the lake with supermarkets nearby. The room is very nice and the facilities are great. Love the place ❤️

It was a nice experience and the booking was at a last minute call which was accepted by the host pretty fast! The vintage look was unique. Overall a nice place to relax and enjoy.
