Frühstücken vor der Wohnung mit Blick auf den See, planschen im Pool, dann spielen oder entspannen und die Seele baumeln lassen auf der kleinen Liegewiese. Es gibt zudem zwei Pergola mit Steintischen zur Mitbenutzung. Mini Golf in der Nähe. Verschiedene Weglein führen ins Dorf zu Seepromenade, Restaurants, "Gelateria" und Läden. Ein Parkplatz gehört zur Wohnung.
