We had the best time and loved our view of the slopes from the porch! The pool and hot tub area was so nice and everyone was so friendly. Our son had a great time. It was a very kid friendly environment. Sherrie was an awesome communicator and very sweet. We will definitely be back.

D.J. was a great host! The place was nice and clean and looked just like the pictures posted. It’s in a great location and 12-15 min from Boone and Blowing rock. I will definitely be renting from him again and staying in this particular location. The only complaint I have is that the shower didn’t get at hot as we wanted it to and the upstairs neighbors were a little loud (which was out of the hosts control). Overall, I’d stay here again! Great spot especially if you’re looking to go downtown Johnson City. You’ll never have to worry about a DUI because it’s an easy walk everywhere, lol. Plenty of amenities and is very very clean. The feel of the loft is overall comforting and safe. I would highly recommend any of the lofts in this space.

Wonderful place to stay in Johnson City with tons to do within walking distance. Train is close but the train is close everywhere downtown. Hosts were wonderful and very responsive. If our travels take us back to JC, we will certainly stay here.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for a weekend get away the place was very clean and cozy and had everything we needed and what was listed the host was very responsive and let us know she was there if we needed anything. Very cute and cozy place with a fantastic veiw.

Was perfect place for son and I. Did pool and Hottub Friday night and walked to slopes for skiing on Saturday. Ideal for anyone wanting to experience Sugar plus some amenities. Hope to do again and will definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay! Small and cozy, but comfortable and well appointed. The unit is newly renovated and attractive. Convenient for skiing as it is close to the lift. Keep in mind that if using ski in - ski out, all skiers must be able to ski blue runs. It was no problem for my 3 year old or my 6 year old, but they are exceptional, extremely competent skiers for their ages. Also convenient to just drive down to the lodge to get on the slopes. Kids LOVED the bunkbeds, the toys, and the pool that this stay offered. Our family really enjoyed our stay and will return. Thanks for the special memories!

Just took my young girls there for their first time skiing and it was a great experience! Ian was very responsive and very friendly. I would highly recommend this place and I look forward to going back! The views and accommodations were amazing!!

This was a great property for our family! It was well furnished with comfortable furniture and well supplied kitchen. The fenced yard was perfect for our pet and small grandchild. We loved the arrangement of the bedrooms. Stephanie had clear instructions for check in and out. We also greatly appreciated the flexible times for both!

Amazing house and property to relax at! Small town with no hustle and bustle, just what we needed since we live where it’s always go-go-go! Tons of outdoor things to do. Vincent is an awesome host. We absolutely loved our stay at Beech Retreat!! It was located very close to the ski resort (2-3 min drive), the surrounding mountain areas were beautiful, and the home itself was very cozy and well furnished. We loved using the hot tub, cozying up near the fireplaces, and waking up to deers at the front door :). Next time we make a trip to Beech Mtn, we would love to stay here again!

We had such a lovely stay at Restful on Rhody! Everything was as described in the listing, but it had an even homier feel than expected. This was the perfect accommodation for us for a few days while in Tennessee! Theresa is a thoughtful hostess who has equipped her home with all the things a traveler may need. In addition to helpful instructions for the home, there were menus, lists of restaurants and hiking trails, even coffee and condiments in the spacious kitchen! I highly recommend it!

We had a great stay at Jared's place. Everything was very comfortable -- and the bathrooms and kitchen were super-clean, which was great. It was a very quiet community (winter), and the houses are placed for privacy/good views. The club also had very helpful staff, a nice pool, and a good gym. We were happy there was no ice or snow when we were there, as the driveway is steep. A convenient location related to Boone, Blowing Rock, etc. -- everything seemed about 20 minutes away. Jared was also generous on check-out time for us. And we appreciated the very simple check-out procedure.
