A delightful one-bedroom flat with spectacular sea views in the heart of Broadstairs. Perfect for couples looking for a romantic break or families with one child looking for some seaside fun.
“We had a lovely weekend getaway here. A highlight was eating breakfast in front of the sea views with a nice Colombian espresso in hand! The flat had everything we needed and the location couldn’t have been better - a 3 minute walk away from nearby pubs and shops.”
This Victorian two bedroom terrace is a five minute stroll from the beach in the Dickensian town of Broadstairs. After a relaxing day lying on the warm sand with sea salt in your hair, you can come home to light the open fireplace for a romantic cosy evening in front of a movie on the sofa, or perhaps you would want to have a family barbecue on those warm summer nights in the courtyard garden under the clear coastal night sky. Either way, we're sure you'll love the lazy coastal life our home has to offer you.
“A lovely, unpretentious yet stylish house in a superb, quiet location. All questions before booking were answered really quickly and helpful dog friendly suggestions offered. We had a lovely welcome with fresh eggs, bread, wine and milk and fairy lights lit up the staircase! Sparkling clean and comfortable throughout. Just around the corner from the high street with shops, bakeries and cafes and 5 mins from the seafront. We had a great meal at the Amber Palace Indian restaurant which is just across the high street. Teenage boys and husband were very happy with Sky Sports!”
Welcome to our self-contained annex which is connected to the family home in a quiet cul-de-sac in Broadstairs. We live 15 minutes walk from Joss Bay and 20-30 minutes walk from the town centre, train station, supermarket and bus routes. Unless you enjoy a lot of walking, the Annex is best suited to those with a car. The annex overlooks a spacious family garden which is used by two dogs and children.
“Beautiful place, roomy, all the facilities you need, absolutely immaculate. Need a car and GPS to make the most of the area but not far to lovely coastal places. I discovered the Spitfire museum close by and tried the simulator -brilliant experience.”
