Great place, very comfortable, near everything, just across the road from the sea, perfect!

We really enjoyed our few days. We’re made to feel very welcome by Carol and Graham who were on hand if need but didn’t interfere. The location was excellent for travelling to surrounding areas. The local pub was also very friendly and served excellent food. Will definitely visit again

The cottage is very cosy and very clean. Quiet and a perfect location. Good spot for sightseeing not far from Saltburn, Whitby, Staithes and Robin Hoods bay which are all well worth the visit. Not only do you have the beach but not far from the Moors which is picturesque and worth the visit. There is so much to do within the area. I can't wait to stay again!!! Thank you

Stayed with my friends for a night and place was lovely. Just right for what we needed. Hot tub was a good size and good outdoor seating. Decor was lovely and quirky, gave off a really nice cottage and rustic feel
