Beautiful home and property. Very clean, scenic… not much more you could ask for! Hosts were very accommodating. Could not say enough good things about the stay here. 10/10

This is a quaint, clean home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we could've stay longer. The home is nothing fancy but is nicely decorated and you feel right at home. It was very convenient for our event at Leeric Lodge, getting to Baxter and Cookeville and local hiking. We did not cook in the kitchen, but it seemed to have the essentials needed. Beds were comfortable and linens and towels are nice. It is in a wooded location, so guests need to be aware of uneven ground and tree stumps which could be a mobility issue for some guests. It's quiet and plenty of wildlife around. Breanna gave good communication and got back with us immediately when we had questions. Wifi and TVs worked fine even in the stormy weather. It does have a small water heater so if more than two guests shower after each other you may run out of hot water. For us, that was not a problem. Overall, we certainly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate staying there again.

Holly house was perfect. It had everything we needed! We were moving from out of state and needed a place to stay while we waited for our moving truck. It was so nice to relax after our 3 day my of driving. The fire fit was so perfect. The beds were comfortable and we saw the biggest owl in the front yard the first night. Excellent option to stay if you want tranquility it is a perfect place to disconnect and connect with nature excellent house everything very clean and organized the recommendations of the host excellent without a doubt I recommend it and came back I wanted me right there.
