The Bunkhouse room w/ private beach ON Lake LBJ

The bunkhouse is a private guest suite...separate from house, with it's own shady deck, lake view, and lots of private beach. It is a NON-SMOKING property. This means no smoking anywhere-not even the beach. Pets are allowed ( dogs) if meet guidelines listed in "other details". ( I also have a guestroom in the house that is listed on Airbnb that sleeps 2 ) I will consider allowing 1 perhaps 2 dogs, MAKE SURE you read additional info in "Other Details" below..

Our beautiful lake-front beach house is on the best part of Lake LBJ- the quiet Llano River arm of LBJ. It’s constant level so water levels are always great. We love bringing our own family here, & have the house outfitted with everything you need for your own lake vacation! Enjoy stunning views of Packsaddle Mountain, perfect sunsets, boat dock w/tie ups, clear water, and a huge, private sand beach. The property sleeps 17 people in beds and is the perfect getaway.

There is a full kitchen, living room, and TV's in the living room and bedroom . Outside there is outdoor dining chairs and a table as well as a gas grille. Located at the Painted Sky property. The Cozy Lake Cabin is located on the peaceful interior of a peninsula with lake access only a short 100 yard walk from your cabin. Complete with Boat launch . You may beach your boat . Great swimming and fishing off the bank. Enjoy large fire pit by the water . Sleeps 2-4 and is fully contained . You can sit and enjoy the porch swing or light your fire pit. The swimming pool never closes. We rent another cabin and RV so it is possibly shared .
