The apartment is located in the basement (6 steps down but very light), south facing, sunny, quiet, with separate entrance for undisturbed privacy. The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.

The apartment offers every guest a cozy home, centrally located and ideal for winter activities (skiing, tobogganing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing) as the ski resort from the Brandnertal can be reached in a few minutes by car or bus.
