Luxury Lodge in the Heart of The Fens

Welcome to my home-from-home spacious self-catering lodge. Situated on Tydd St Giles 18-hole golf course with a serene fishing lake and ponds. Nature lovers can enjoy walks on the David Bellamy Honey Bee nature trail, woodlands, and picnic areas. Site facilities include a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym, and fitness suite. Delicious meals and snacks are served in the restaurant, bar and café. Beautiful Norfolk beaches voted some of the best in England only a short drive away.

The Old Piggery at Manor Farm, Runcton Holme.

This charming detached one bedroom, timber clad home is a tastefully converted piggery. It’s a private, cosy retreat, perfect for couples along with their small dogs. There is a large patio and lawned garden, with outdoor furniture for perfect relaxation. There are a some luxury features such as a Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, king size bed, fire pit and cocktail making equipment. Our fishing lake is nearby so you can wander down and fish (extra charge) or watch the array of wildlife.

Stunning Lakeside Shepherd's Hut - Hot Tub & Sauna

A stunning shepherd's hut in a beautiful lakeside location. Set at the back of a working farm & equestrian centre the hut is well-appointed with modern decor. Visitors will have the use of the hut, stunning firepit & BBQ. A beautiful private wood-fired hot tub is attached for your exclusive use. There is also a sauna a few steps away. The lake is well fenced, secure & very private. Visitors are welcome to fish in the very well-stocked specimen Carp lake, with multiple fish approaching 40lb.

The Annexe

Situated in a woodland location, West Norfolk Retreats offers our detached annexe at GOMO in a unique location. It has a fenced lawned garden exclusively for your own use and it’s an ideal base to explore the Sandringham estate and the Norfolk coastline. Just outside the property you can walk directly into the wooded area and the two picturesque lakes beyond. Ideal for walkers and dog walking. It is in a peaceful location but still very close to Kings Lynn, supermarkets and retail parks.

Riverside View

A bright, self-contained flat with off-street parking and stunning views over Stourbridge Common and the River Cam. Watch rowers glide by, including Olympian Sir Matthew Pinsent. A 7-minute walk to Cambridge North and close to the Science Park. A 5-minute riverside walk leads to the historic pub The Green Dragon, where it's fabled that Tolkien wrote "The Lord of the Rings". The perfect place for a relaxing getaway, overlooking the fishing lake and award winning golf course. Set in tranquil surroundings with everything for a home from home experience. Boasting 3 spacious bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable lounge area and 3 tier decking area for those barbeques. There is also a private fishing platform for those keen fishermen, or why not follow the nature trail for a relaxing walk, for the more energetic there is a fully equipped gym/pool.

The Apple Barn

Located within easy reach of the historic city of Cambridge and adjacent to the RSPB's extensive nature reserves, this Apple Barn is a 2 bedroom property in an edge of village location offering spacious accommodation for 4 people. It benefits from off-street parking and an enclosed garden. Excellent transport links to both Cambridge and St Ives. Perfect location for walking, cycling or birding enthusiasts. The local stretch of the Great Ouse offers both boating and fishing

The Annex at Bramble Cottage

Stunning location set on a conservation area, surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees. To the front of our picturesque period cottage is a peaceful common & large pond. We have many different types of wildlife around us, such as deer, hares, baby Leveretts in the spring & a resident barn owl and lots of birds. The Annex has just been fully renovated to a high standard. Its in a peaceful country setting but only 25 mins from the nearest beaches & 10 mins to the closest town.

Idyllic lakeside Yurt

Traditional Mongolian Yurt, beautifully furnished complete with a wood burning stove to keep you warm even in mid winter. Secluded position in private grounds beside a peaceful lake teeming with ducks, geese, swans, you may even see our kingfishers. It contains a simple kitchen, and there's a private bathroom with basin, proper loo and hot shower very close by.
