Kiln House is a quality holiday home at Snape Maltings, home of the Aldeburgh Festival, with shops, galleries. cafes, excellent pub, and plenty of free parking. The colourful seaside town of Aldeburgh is just 15 minutes drive. Interiors are spacious and sociable with the ground floor wrapping round from the living room to the dining room, kitchen and office. Three modern bath/shower rooms for the three bedrooms give added privacy for all guests, with beds being king, double and single.

Part of an 18th century barn complex next to the owner's home, this former cart lodge has a good sized double bedroom, a well-stocked kitchen, a spacious living room (with sofa bed), and a well-appointed bathroom. French doors look out over the owner's garden. The Cart Lodge is a 40 Minute walk to the White Lion Pub at Ufford and is within easy reach of all the attractions of the east Suffolk coast.
