Vacation rentals with breakfast in Cape Fear River

We absolutely LOVED this place!! It was the perfect location & such a cute place. We walked to places downtown a ton & just fell in love with the city!! They were awesome hosts & we would definitely stay here again!

My friends and family all stayed here and our dogs had a wonderful time in the backyard with the fire pit and playing horseshoes. Inside was very comfortable felt just like at home. We all enjoyed our stay and we definitely Will come back when we go to another concert

The house was just as described, beautiful home, very convenient location. Beautiful porches for views. Jandy was a wonderful host. She always responded right away. We really enjoyed our time here, the kids really loved the big pool! Would 100% stay here again.

Gene was very helpful and proactive when dealing with an issue before our stay and found us an alternative house that had an additional bedroom, was clean, spacious and tidy.

I stayed for a long term stay while being in the area for work. The place had all of the comforts of home. It is clean, spacious and free of clutter. Charles and Patricia was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had during the stay. I had a great stay for approximately 4 months there and never had to worry about anything with the house or property. The internet was fast and reliable which was important for me for when working from the house. I highly recommend and would definitely rebook there if I ever find myself back in the area.

Alicia and Matt’s house was perfect. Clean, easily walkable, beautiful yard to enjoy, full of charm, and stocked to the brim with extras. On top of the friendly, responsive, and helpful hosts, we couldn’t have asked for anything else. We loved exploring the area, riding bikes, and visiting a couple of excellent recommendations by Alicia. We had a couple of special requests, and were met with ease and accommodation. The workspace was tucked away & quiet. The kitchen has everything needed to cook and get started with coffee. Easiest 5 stars.

I loved Patrick home very beautiful and the king bed was very comfortable felt right at home if I had questions about anything Patrick was very helpful.. had a lot of snacks and amenities for anything I absolutely loved that ….backyard was amazing we bbq in the backyard and enjoyed the sun .. will be booking next time I come back😁

My stay at The Spaniel was absolutely perfect. Exceptionally clean, private, quiet and totally peaceful. The vibe of the entire apartment was immaculate. I treated myself to a solo weekend to get away and recharge- there was no better place to do that than here! I LOVED the coffee bar, the tub/shower equally amazing. Wonderful location on the outskirts of town. So, just book you will NOT be disappointed!

David was an awesome host. He was so responsive. His air b n b was clean and had all that you could need. It was in a great area. Close to a lot to do! Would absolutely recommend and we’ll be back!

Karen and her husband were very helpful and responsive! We were very happy with our stay and grateful to meet such a welcoming couple! Karen even brought us fresh eggs! The pictures to this place do not do it justice. It’s very nice and spacious. Very accommodating we were even able to have my inlaws over for dinner and game night with the kids!

Kathy was an amazing host. My partner and I stayed for a couple of nights, and we loved it! Kathy was very responsive and understanding. Overall, we enjoyed the place, the area, and the peacefulness of it all. We would love to come back.

Our first visit to Myrtle Beach...having a place to call home for a week that's as ideally located beachfront, beautifully decorated and comfy as Marina's made our family spring break all the better! Thoughtfully appointed and well stocked for a beach week, all we had to do was get groceries and snacks to settle in. Our 6 year old girl loved her choice of pools to play with her newfound friends in this kid-friendly complex, and was only a fast dash to the ocean for a change of scenery. Thank you Marina!!

We were in town for a horseshow and the location was amazing! Ginger had all the menus and assured me how close it was. We could hear the announcing off in the distance!! perfect! The kitchen was well stocked and she had set food in the fridge to get us started and there was no worry about breakfast. Her thoughtfulness and friendliness was a breath of fresh air in crazy horse show days. She even ran me a cup of coffee when I needed it! I can not say enough how wonderful Ginger and Terry are. If you are looking for a lake get away, look no further! Fair warning, if there is a Paint Horse Show in town, you need to book before I do!! It was so peaceful, quiet, and comfortable, we had a nice respite at the end of long days. Thank you Terry and Ginger for sharing your amazing space with us! Cheers

Linda and Richard are the sweetest people and they are so welcoming! My boyfriend and I loved our stay here. Everything is just as pictured and they provide lots of snacks and breakfast items that were so great to have! The bed was SO comfortable. Everything was amazing and we will definitely return:)

Wow! Where do I start…this place is amazing! First off, the pictures on here do not do it justice! I would recommend searching it on google. This b&b is extremely beautiful and right out of a movie! The room and location were perfection. However, what really stood out was the service. You will be greeted by Eppy, who will welcome you and collect any details regarding your arrival! Upon arriving, we met Angie! She is an angel! She makes you feel right at home, so warm and welcoming! The previous review about never being hungry is TRUE!! She makes a killer breakfast!! Not exaggerating whatsoever!! I could honestly keep writing about our incredible experience, fortunately there’s limited characters. If you are looking for a beautiful, magical & wonderful place to stay in Wilmington, do not look any further! You will not find anything that comes close to Angie’s!! Angie & Eppy are so special. We will definitely be returning! Thank you for making our trip so lovely!

Staying at Phoebe’s was amazing! Me and some friends came for a short girls trip and she was so sweet to make us breakfast when we requested and gave us directions and suggestions for beaches, shops, restaurants, and activities! We also came at the perfect time as she invited us to attend a sea turtle release with her which only happens once a year! The space was super cozy and felt like home. If I ever come back to this area of NC I definitely want to stay with her!

If I could give Jeanette 10 stars I would !! My beach house @ Tiki stay was amazing. The house was so quaint, artistic and comfy. Jeanette made me feel right at home. I was welcomed with a delicious cocktail and some cheese and crackers!! The energetic vibe of her home is so welcoming and abundant. Jeanette will leave you a welcome goodie assortment , as well as midnight snacks and a delightful continental breakfast! If you are an avid reader, get ready for an assortment of awesome books to choose from. Do you like art? Get ready to check out her artworks (some pieces are for sale, too!) I am so excited to go back to visit Jeanette, her fur baby, Malina and of course, wonderful Carolina Beach!! I highly recommend this stay.

Joya and her husband were perfect hosts. I have never stayed in a home with the owners present. Every need we had was met! Because we had an 8yo on our trip, she thought ahead and cooked us waffles, bacon, and watermelon! Our bedrooms and bathrooms were pristine and stocked with necessities. They're good people. 10/10.

When I arrived at her home Lynn greeted me at the driveway and proceeded to show me my accomodations. As soon as I entered I knew this was a 5 star home. My accomodations were spacious convenient and immaculate. I enjoy peace and quiet and it was so quiet I could not even find a squeaking door. It is close to Oak Island with a beach and a number of restauramts. It is also close to Southport with more restaurants and a quaint town to walk around. The next time I visit St. James, finding an accomodation will be so easy. It will be Lynn's.

Margaritte’s place is even better than pictured. So charming and comfortable! The location is just a few minutes walk from great restaurants and river walk. Margaritte communicated frequently and even left us a homemade treat. Don’t hesitate on this one!
