The stylish kitchen has all new appliances and the apartment is equipped with security doors and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Quiet and green cottage with its 20 m2 garden, including a private petanque court. 15 min from the megaliths of Lampouys, 23 min from Dinan, 30 min from the forest of Brocéliande, 40 min from the sandy beaches, a central location to visit all the diversity of Brittany. 1 bedroom (sleeps 2 adults + 1 extra mattress) This is an outbuilding on the owner's property. Quiet is guaranteed and sometimes deer are in the garden at dawn or dusk.

The Apothecary

You will have a lockbox to be perfectly self-sufficient and all you need to do is climb this wooden staircase, to make yourself at home. Once located above the pharmacy, we turned this place into a cocoon. Two other bedrooms are available if needed, please contact me. You will be close to all shops, the party room and 10 minutes walk from the train station, but also 20 minutes from Dinan and 40 minutes from the sea for a pleasant stay.

The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
