Less than 2 miles from the old fishermen’s Cornish villages of Kingsand & Cawsand and on the outer edges of the Mount Edgcumbe Estate, we have lovely woodlands behind us and the tranquil waters of Plymouth Sound in front. 🌊

Ground floor apartment. 1 or 2 double bedrooms. Both internal rooms with no outside windows. Small kitchenette in the Courtyard Room with a glass roof and half glazed back door facing the owners garden above. Raised opening window. Hall staircase is open plan to owners accommodation upstairs. Located in the historic Cawsand Square. Prime location 50 yards from Cawsand Beach and next to the coastal footpath to Penlee Point and Rame Head. Sleeps 1 -4 people. No animals. No children under 12.

Little Islet - a fabulous cottage on the sea

This beautiful and unique beachside cottage could not be any closer to the sea, you can sit with your morning coffee and have a chat with the swimmers out of the window! Little Islet has panoramic sea views across Plymouth Sound, and is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday by the beach. This house was previously used as the green room for the movie 'Mr Turner', whilst also serving as a residence for lead actor Timothy Spall! We recommend 4 adults & 2 children, or maximum 6 adults.

The Bay is located in a small complex of luxury properties right on the beach front of Cawsand. The maisonette is light and airy and is fitted with the latest fixtures and fittings. The modern kitchen flows into the dining and living area where a Juliet balcony allows the sea air to fill the room. Dips in the sea are just moments away and the utility room is the perfect place to wash and store wetsuits and costumes. The views can be enjoyed through out the property, inc the master bedroom.

Cosy & modern with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining room & a lovely courtyard space for dining outside. 2 minutes walk from front door is Cawsand bay ideal for swimming & water sports, & with its twin village of Kingsand you have all the amenities you want in 5 minutes walk, shops including a bakery, deli and village shop, great pubs serving food & awesome circular walks

Lime Tree is a 1 bedroom apartment in the beautiful village of Millbrook, run by a local family: It is 5 minutes away from Whitsand Bay Beaches and a couple of minutes away from the fishing villages of Kingsand/Cawsand. It is close to wedding venues of Mount Edgcumbe and Polhawn Fort. It has off road parking which is a fantastic bonus as parking can be difficult in the area. There is a bus stop across the road too. It has a lovely private outside space to sit and relax, and a BBQ.

The twin villages of Cawsand and Kingsand are situated on the Rame Peninsula - known as Cornwall’s forgotten corner. Unspoilt, safe and utterly charming.

The Woodlands

Beautiful house/family home set in acres of gardens with sea views in the village of Cawsand. The house is incredibly spacious and unique, ideal for large family groups/gatherings. There are 6 bedrooms (all doubles except for one twin). The village is accessible from the gate at the bottom of the garden. Parking is available in the driveway for up to 5 cars. Strictly no hen/stag do’s or parties.
