Large flat is placed in the city center, it´s a perfect point to set off to anywhere you want. It is 4 floor without lift in old house. At distanc to 500m there are several good restaurants, supermarket, caffei, information center, public tranasport, Děčín´s castle, gardens and big madow where you can relax. Just 5 minutes walk and you can try famous Děčín´s via ferrata with more then 10 ways up. Equipment for via ferrata adventure you can rent near there.

A comfortable and family-friendly apartment with kitchen-living room, bedroom, shower and toilet awaits you. The flat can accommodate 2 persons. In addition, there are 2 extra bed options. A travel cot for toddlers is provided. The rooms are painted with natural colours and the wooden floors are treated with natural wax and are therefore particularly suitable for allergy sufferers. The cottage is located on the shores of Milčanský Pond, about 13 minutes by car from Česká Lípa in a beautiful pine-birch forest. We discovered it by accident and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.
