We had a great stay. The house is really very beautiful and modern. The plus is its outdoor terrace and the sea view. Everything was spotless, the living room large and functional. Everything is tastefully decorated. We loved this rental and the neighborhood is very quiet. I recommend it 100%.

Family stay with 6 adults and 1 child (30 months). Beautiful house not overlooked in a quiet residential area. Pros: Self check-in. Pleasant and spacious living room, what it takes for the little ones (umbrella beds, high chair and even waking mat), Heated and good-sized pool, Sufficient and comfortable outdoor furniture. Aldi 2 steps away, green coulee 5 minutes away with children's play areas, beach 30/35 minutes walk. We had wonderful holidays in this little cabin right on the sea – the location is fantastic and exactly as described. If you're looking for peace and nature, this is the place to be. The cabin is really very small, with rather modest storage space. Due to its location in the forest and near the sea, the humidity is noticeably high, which is also noticeable in the interior. There is a typical, slightly earthy smell as you know it from old, damp houses. The cleanliness was absolutely fine for a house of this kind and location. However, if you have a very high standard of hygiene or perfection, you should be aware that it is a simple, natural accommodation with lots of charm. A highlight for me was the bedroom: small but wonderfully harmoniously furnished – with an excellent mattress without these unpleasant, plasticized mattress covers. I have rarely slept so well in an Airbnb!

The Maison des Genêts is ideally placed for those who want to discover the island by bike. Its location almost in the center of Yeu allows you to go to all the beaches in a short time and the calm found in the evening is very pleasant. The house is very large (10 beds possible in 4 bedrooms) and the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet is a real plus when returning from the beach. The decor is simple and stylish. Numerous and functional kitchen accessories. We had a great time with beautiful weather. Thanks!

We had a lovely stay at Yves and Graziella's place. The location is very good. The house is very spacious.

We had a great time in Clara's beautiful (big!) home. Freshly renovated, the house is decorated with great taste and quality materials. Everything in the house and the garden invites you to relax and have fun for families or groups of friends. It is also very well located in the center of the island, making it easy to radiate. We were able to discover the island of Yeu for the first time and Clara's house was a great base!

Very nice house where you have the pleasure of not stepping on it even if it rains even if the house is full with the children. The location is ideal with the sea on one side, the port on the other and the village nearby. We did everything on foot. It feels like a well-maintained, family home. Thanks again!

The Villa is really what you can call a "VILLA", everything is designed to make the most of the accommodation, everything is clean and new, my friends and I recommend this accommodation without moderation. Thank you very much and maybe see you next time in a warmer period when we can enjoy the pool.

Franck was an excellent host and met us when we arrived at the property. He was really friendly and took the time to show us all the facilities including how to remove the pool cover and work the barbecue. We were really thankful Franck helped us make an appointment at the local veterinary for our dog to get pet passport stamped. The accommodation is really spacious and Franck has thought of everything you will need. The outside space is really big with lots of seating and of course the pool. The swimming pool was just fantastic, top quality, very clean and heated to a lovely temperature. We used the barbecue several times which was also high quality. The bedrooms were all large and bed very comfortable. The neighbourhood is very quite and only 10-15 minute walk through a park to the sea front and the beach. Great Boulangerie in Bretignolles. The coastal towns all within easy access. We would highly recommend Francks place and will definitely look to return the in the future.

We had a great weekend at Amélie's house. The house is spacious and each had its own space. The house is very well equipped, it feels like home. I would highly recommend.

What can I say? We had a great interaction before we arrived. Then a very nice welcome, Marion greeted us with a smile and was always available to make our stay the most pleasant and practical. We even came to share an aperitif together in a very good spirit of conviviality. And the check-out went very well too. So thank you very much and if we have a chance we will come back. The little extra: direct access to the forest that allows beautiful walks or morning sports.

A heavenly stay! We wanted to warmly thank the concierges of this beautiful home: welcoming, available, responsive and very accommodating. My friends and I had a great time, both in the pool and on the pétanque court. The quality of the bedding, the comfort of the amenities and the quiet of the street made this stay perfectly relaxing. We had a great time at Emilie's home. The environment was very quiet. The kids were able to take advantage of the heated pool. The House is well equipped . Coastal walks are directly accessible from the house. The city center is a 15mn walk and the supermarket 5 minutes by car . Access to the master suite upstairs is via a narrow spiral staircase, not suitable for young children or in case of Restricted mobility.

Very good stay as a family in Noirmoutier, close to the beach and walking trails. The pool is a real plus.
