Very nice easy access property, ideal for a stay with friends and family. The Villa is new and well maintained. the cleanliness is impeccable, the quality materials Host is responsive and very attentive. There are several supermarkets nearby by car. Overall the stay was very nice, I would recommend it.

We had a great family Christmas party in the beautiful Bertrand mansion, where even the tree was waiting for us! The interior is very spacious and the decor neat. Bertrand was flexible on check-in and check-out times, we thank him for that. I would recommend it.

Excellent family stay in this comfortable, very large and super equipped cottage! All, from 88 years old to 6 years old, have adhered: from animals to large bedrooms, from the super equipped kitchen to the play areas and the large clearance and vast garden, all enjoyed this place thought for a relaxing moment in the green!

Very nice house, well suited for our group of 6. Easy to access from Rennes train station. Everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom, very cozy living room for a small movie night. Perfect!

Claudine and Philippe are very welcoming hosts, the accommodation is comfortable, spacious, and well decorated. The equipment is complete. If the opportunity presents itself, we will gladly go back.

Extremely well located given our program, parking space in front of the house, small pleasant terrace overlooking the garden... Quiet and very clean townhouse.

Arriving we found it easy to get in and instructions were exactly as described. The house was perfect for us and our 3 children. Plenty of room, comfortable and toys kindly left to keep the kids amused though they spent most of the time in the pool! 2 seating areas, one next to the pool and one around the other side in the shade when it was hot. With the addition of Plume the cat we had a wonderful stay, thank you for having us.
