Vacation rentals with a patio in Chemnitz

Martin's place is great! Communication as well. Very nice was that we were allowed to be flexible on check-out. The apartment is impeccable and equipped with all the basic items you need, also beautiful is like the sun shining on the balcony in the morning! All in all, a 10/10, if I am back in Altenburg I will be happy to come back here.

The apartment itself is very well-equipped,you have to coordinate with other tenants regarding parking spaces because some in the past others go to work later to be able to drive out,but otherwise everything is in great order. We will be happy to come back.

We had a very pleasant stay at Luise's apartment and we felt very comfortable. Nearby is a stop where you can get to the center. Communication with Luise was easy. We can recommend the apartment.

Winfried was very polite and friendly. He was very open in conversation and his wife was also very friendly. Recommended again and again.

We felt very comfortable in Rico's apartment. Location and amenities were top, clean and tidy. The exchange of information was also very good. We'll be back.

We stayed in the apartment for over three days. We received very nice lady personally, showed us the apartment, explained everything well. The apartment is nicely clean, modernly furnished, everything works perfectly. Everything worked out great with the dog, we even got the bowls:) To the center a few minutes walk, many opportunities to have breakfast and eat in the area. We highly recommend the apartment ❤️

Quite wonderful! Fantastic AirBnB, modern, tasteful and at the same time cozily furnished! Not far from Chemnitz, where we attended cultural capital events. There is so much to discover in the area, the AirBnB is the perfectly cozy starting point! And very friendly and attentive landlords! We will be happy to come back!

Our stay was absolutely perfect!!! The hostess was very friendly and the check-in / check-out was quick and above all uncomplicated. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The house offers an absolute wellness feeling with sauna, jacuzzi, fireplace and Co. The house and outdoor area are beautifully decorated, so you immediately feel at home. Everything (beds, bathrooms, etc.) was very hygienic and clean. Our romantic getaway was fantastic and the place is highly recommended! Glad to come back!

The accommodation is an excellent starting point to look at the surrounding cities in addition to the Sachsenring; Zwickau, Chemnitz, etc. Everything is sufficient to be found in the area from the bakery, shopping, etc. to the restaurant. The house itself has a cozy feel-good atmosphere and everything is available as well as fine, also it is a pleasant size for a stay of up to 5 people. There were only three of us on our first visit, but two other people would also have found enough space, both on the sofa and at the dining table or in the bedrooms. In addition to the toilet in the bathroom, the extra toilet is also good. The bedrooms are good and with enough storage and storage facilities, so enough space for all things, furnished, there were also desks in the bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable, not too hard and not too soft. If back in the area, then back with Sylvia. Everything is great! :-)))

We had a super nice time in the colorful chaos in the countryside: incredibly beautiful nature, wonderful silence and a wonderfully cozy cottage. So, so beautiful, we will be happy to come back!

We vacationed as a family with 5 people in this great cottage. Everyone felt right at home. The house is first class equipped and is fully recommended on our part.

We stayed at John's place for 2 nights. The cottages are really superbly furnished and are not too small for a family of 4. So here you can also stand it longer. 😊 In the kitchen and bathroom, things like coffee filters, salt, shampoo, toilet paper were available to avoid having to go shopping right away - except food of course. 😉 You can walk right by the house into the forest. 👍 It was not so quiet with us on the WE, which is certainly the case - because there was a dog tournament with us. Otherwise, I can definitely recommend the accommodation and we will definitely come back.

The house is perfectly equipped. It's very quiet, in the countryside and has a great garden. We were all very comfortable.

Already when walking out of the street there is a forest with hidden gems; waterfall and blauer Stein. It was a bit of a search for the cottage on arrival but actually it was very simple; anyway we could have asked Olaf since he answered very quickly, but we wanted to get to know the people in the area, who kindly helped us. Everything was present as it read in the advertisement. Smooth flexible check-in and check-out. Nice communication also during our stay; we were looking for something specific from the region and Olaf recommended us the right shop. Very nice region and a nice stay. Recommended 🌟

Very nice sparkling clean apartment, very comfortable. There is absolutely nothing missing, really everything you could need is available. Suggestions for things to do are ample. Nadine welcomed us in a very friendly way and the contact with her was extremely pleasant, uncomplicated and fast. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk to the train station, and the old town is also within walking distance. A good Italian restaurant is around the corner, the shopping center is a 3-minute walk away. All in all 5 out of 5 stars, highly recommend it. Thanks to Nadine!

The apartment was fantastic. We felt right at home and there was nothing missing. If drinks were missing, you could have taken something in front of the apartment against a small obolus. The idea was great. The apartment was very easy to find and everything was very clean and tidy as seen on the pictures. We'll be happy to come back🙂.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. All living spaces are modern and cozy. Both bedrooms, which can be reached from the hallway, have their own bathroom. Ideal place for families or guests who want to sleep separately. The kitchen is well equipped and all consumables such as baking paper, Zewa roll or spices were available. We weren't expecting that. We also loved that Netflix was available on both Smart TVs. Only note: We did not know that Bad Schlema was a spa town and a tourist tax was charged. However, this was not high and of course has to be paid by every apartment owner. We will be happy to come back and recommend the apartment to our family.

We were received very kindly by grit. The host was not there at the time of arrival, but the key handover was very easy with a key safe. There was also a corresponding good explanation of where to find it. We were very happy with the place. The roof terrace is great and really huge.

We booked the place for a weekend in the snow and got the full package - it was an all-around successful stay and we will definitely be back. You enter the apartment and immediately feel comfortable. Everything is exactly as the pictures and descriptions suggest. The interior leaves nothing to be desired and the accommodation is furnished with a lot of love for detail. Our highlights: the insanely great view and the bathtub with integrated sound system… Clear recommendation! :)

A great place to stay centrally located Hainichen. The old villa is superbly renovated and everything is up to date. The apartment was very clean, offered endless space. The extensive amenities left nothing to be desired, we felt very comfortable. We'd love to come back
